Came back from the midnight showing. Next to Avatar, this is one of the better films done in 3D - really shows the utility of such a feature. However as this is a Michael Bay film - the story feels stale and the characters lifeless (with the exception of John Malkovich and Ken Jeong, hehe). If you haven’t seen any of the previous two films, there is really no reason to see this one. You could make an argument that this is one of the better Transformers movies though, through an addition by subtraction of one Megan Fox.
